2. General Policies

We offer 100% refunds under the following conditions:

  • Quality Problems: If the carpets have quality issues that affect their intended use.
  • Within 3 Days: Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days from the date of payment.

Partial refunds are provided under various circumstances:

  • 80% Refund: Within 3 days after payment but before carpet processing begins.
  • 50% Refund: While carpets are in production but not yet completed.
  • 20% Refund: When carpets are ready for shipping but have not been dispatched.
  • 0% Refund: After carpets have been shipped out.
  • 0% Refund: If delivery failure is due to buyer-related issues such as wrong address, phone number, or inability to be reached via email or phone.

3. Items that Can’t be Returned

Please note that Kapida Rugs does not accept any returns.

This policy is particularly relevant to our focus on crafting custom rugs.

  • At Kapida Rugs, we specialize in creating unique, custom-made items tailored to your preferences.
  • Since each custom rug is meticulously designed and produced according to your specific requirements, the individuality of these items makes resale virtually impossible.

Our commitment to delivering personalized products means that we are unable to accept returns, as these pieces are created exclusively for you.

4. Tracking Your Refund

To track the status of your refund, follow these steps:

  • Go to “Your Orders” on our website.
  • Select “View Refund Status” next to the relevant order.

5. Time for Refund

Upon issuing your refund, the funds will be returned to the original account used for payment.

Keep in mind that financial institutions may require additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Currently, we accept payments through PayPal.

  • Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account after processing.

6. Cancellation Policy

Kapida Rugs reserves the right to cancel a transaction in the following scenarios:

  • Non-Payment: If the buyer fails to make the payment.
  • Mutual Agreement: If both the buyer and Kapida Rugs agree to cancel before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refusal of Service: If Kapida Rugs decides to refuse service, a full refund, including shipping, will be provided if applicable.
  • Non-Receipt: If the buyer did not receive the ordered item(s) despite proof of shipping, a refund will be issued (shipping refund is optional).
  • Return Agreement: If the buyer and Kapida Rugs agree on returning an item, and Kapida Rugs has received the returned item, a refund will be issued (shipping refund is optional).

7. Cancellations Guidelines

  • The order must meet one of the above criteria.
  • The buyer has not yet received the item (received orders are not eligible for cancellation).
  • Kapida Rugs issues a full refund, except where mentioned otherwise.
